Stir fried field beans with potato..


Ingredients:
Field beans
Potatoes

For tempering:
Oil
Mustard
Cumin
Turmeric
Garlic
Onion
Green chillies 


Method:
Prepare veggies, string the beans, split n cut the bean into 2 pieces and boil till tender and strain n keep a side. Add little turmeric n salt to boiling water and adjust seasoning while finishing. 

Chop potato in to even size and In a pan heat oil add mustard n let it crack. Add potato pieces n fry till crisp and keep a side..


Chop onion and green chillies and set a side.

Tempering:

In a frying pan heat oil add mustard, cumin as they crackle add chopped garlic, chillies and chopped onions fry till golden brown add prepared beans n stir ones all the ingredients are mixed well add fried potatoes n mix. Adjust the seasoning..
