Pineapple & Celery Gazpacho

Pineapple & Celery Gazpacho:

1. Medium Ripe Pineapple    - 1/2 No (Reserve some chopped pineapple for garnish)
2. Tomatoes                      -  2 No
3. Green Peppers                - 1 No
4. Celery Sticks                  - 3 No (1 Stick to be Chopped and reserved for garnish) 
5. Garlic Cloves                  - 50 gms
6. Olive Oil                        - 20  Ml
7. Salt and Black pepper     - to taste


Method: 
1. Blend celery sticks, green peppers and garlic cloves and reserve, similarly blend the tomatoes and pineapple together.

2. Blend in both the mixtures and chill the mixture and add seasoning and olive oil. 

3. Garnish with chopped pineapple and celery sticks and enjoy this drink to beat the summer.
